4Good Kayak, but cheap, flimsy seats.
By sunset-steve
Bought this at Amazon and was delivered within one week by Airborne Freight, also no taxes and Free super saver shipping, it was a very nice deal. Anyway, We took it out last week on Lemon Bay here in SW Florida, and it performed very well in rough conditions, the Kayak tracked nicely and felt very stable in the water. The downside is the very cheap seats, and I mean crummy seats. The strap on one of them already ripped, and well, they just suck, to be honest. The color of this Kayak is very cool and different from your typical red or yellow Kayak. It looks good. Also, there are no cup holders, but we thought the storage was okay. Overall, only 4 Stars because of the poor seats.

3May Not Be The Best Choice
By Tachie Bluebird
I agree with the previous reviewer about the seats. Not the best as far as comfort and I feel like I am sitting really low in the kayak which is a big disadvantage as far as reach since I am petite. The seat placement along the track is not ideal either -- my husband always sits in the back and needs more leg room due to his height. When I push my chair forward to accommodate his legs, I can no longer reach the pedals on either side because I am too far forward and really close to the end of the opening.

But the biggest issue so far is that there are no drain plugs! There is no easy way to get the water out if you take some in during your outing or during bad weather. We recently had a really heavy rainstorm and a lot of water collected in it (we store it at a kayak rental place where kayak must be stored on its side.) We tried as best we could by hand bailing, turning it upside down (not an easy task -- heavy, wide and cumbersome) but in the end had to just use it when it was full of water. And with the low seats, my bottom was wet really quickly. I was not happy.

This kayak is just okay for puttering around - I wouldn't want to spend more than 2 hours in it...
